i put this this video together after completing an assignment on graffiti in vancouver. many of vancouver's best artists are represented including Cold World Media, Restart, Respect, Morge and Milan Basic.

the base video was encoded at 450p (16:9) 24fps HD H.264 MP4; mobile devices and flash versions will not render at full quality. my experience shows Safari renders the best HTML5 video quality while Chrome will sometimes lockup. the beta channel for Chrome seems to resolve this issue.
